Due to the high abrasiveness and low elasticity of coke and coal powder, our machines are equipped with high-strength manganese alloy roller liners and hydraulic systems to ensure high-density bonding and zero breakage during furnace charging.

Acceptable Material Types

Anthracite Coal Dust

High carbon, low volatile coal powder. Requires specific binders to compress into premium high-calorie heating blocks.

Lignite & Brown Coal
