The Mechanical Pressure Roller Briquette Machine adopts a purely mechanical high-pressure cold briquetting principle to compress powdered, granular or flaky materials into dense and uniform briquettes.
By means of synchronized counter-rotating rollers and precision molds, industrial waste and by-product powders are transformed into easy-to-store, easy-to-transport and reusable solid fuel or recycled products.

Preparation
Pre-treated materials enter the hopper evenly, binder can be added if required.
Compression
Materials are fed into the gap between two synchronized rollers under extreme pressure.
Forming
Particles are mechanically locked to form dense solid briquettes.
Discharge
Finished briquettes are released automatically and conveyed for collection.
