Quicklime & Dry Chemical Powders

Specially engineered for moisture-sensitive chemical materials. Processes quicklime and fluorite powder via absolute dry-powder pressing, eliminating water-reactive risks.

Tailored Feeding & Moisture Control

Chemical powders behave differently: FGD gypsum is sticky with high moisture, while quicklime requires zero-water dry pressing. Our roller presses are customizable with forced screw feeders to overcome material bridging and deliver extreme hydraulic compression for binderless or binder-added blocks.

Acceptable Chemical & Gypsum Materials

Our high-pressure briquetting systems are engineered with corrosion-resistant and anti-sticking roller liners to safely handle sensitive chemical reactions.

FGD Gypsum (Desulfurization Gypsum)

Power plant byproduct with high moisture (10-15%) and high stickiness. Our customized rollers prevent material adhesion during molding.

Quicklime Powder (CaO)

Highly reactive dry powder. Requires heavy hydraulic pressure for absolute binderless dry-pressing to avoid heat release reactions.

Fluorite & Cryolite Fines
